The Atlanta rapper T.I. is a free man… well kind of. He now has to follow a curfew as part of the terms of his probation. That means the hip-hop artist will begin supervised release after his one year prison sentence. T.I. must now adhere to a strict curfew requiring him to be home by 11 p.m. or 1 a.m. if he is working, MTV reports. T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris, has been serving the remainder of his one year and one day prison sentence at his home in Atlanta....

It looks like Sprint’s iPhone 5 launch will happen sometime in October. This news may be a boon for the 50 million Sprint customers itching to get their hands on an iPhone, but could also mean trouble ahead for Sprint’s 3G network. In a story likely to make any parent’s hair stand on end, the AP reported today that a staffer at a daycare facility in Arkansas mistakenly served windshield wiper fluid to ten children under their care. Laura James, a pediatric pharmacologist and toxicologist at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock told the AP about what led to the accident: “Doctors estimate the children, ages 2 to 7, drank about an ounce of the blue fluid late Thursday afternoon before realizing it tasted wrong”, said James....

“Django Unchained” Actress Daniele Watts was detained and handcuffed by the LAPD, apparently for showing affection in public. Watts and her boyfriend Brian James Lucas (also known as celebrity chef Cheffy Be*Live) claim that police detained the couple on Thursday because they suspected the pair to be a prostitute and her client, CNN reports. For its part, the LAPD explains that officers were responding to a complaint that a couple matching their descriptions were “involved in a sexual act inside a Mercedes with the vehicle door open....

“Jackass” movie co-star Ryan Dunn’s crash in a 2007 Porsche killed him and another unidentified passenger early morning on Monday. The mother of Bam Margera, one of Dunn’s “Jackass” co-stars, confirmed the news, reports The Star-Ledger. Margera’s mother said that there may have been a third person in the car, reports The Star-Ledger. And, at this point it is still unclear as to who was driving the vehicle when it crashed....

Drugs used to treat anemia carry health risks and should only be prescribed to patients with certain types of incurable cancer, a panel of scientists has advised the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The panel’s findings apply to popular anemia medications like Aranesp and Procrit. These drugs, called erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (ESAs), are used in treatment of chemotherapy-associated anemia. According to the Los Angeles Times, Thursday’s hearing on the safety and use of ESAs “focused on a growing theory that the drugs might in some instances do more harm than good....

A Florida DJ was arrested after using his cell phone to record police arresting the owner of a store where he was spinning. The video is now going viral. Here’s what happened: Miami-Dade Police Officer Michael Valdez arrived at a store in Cutler Bay on St. Patrick’s Day to arrest the owner for misdemeanor traffic offenses. But after recording the store owner’s arrest, DJ Lazaro Estrada was himself arrested for obstruction of justice, reports Miami’s WFOR-TV....
