More legal drama has begun to unfold in the Lindsay Lohan lawsuit over the E-Trade “Talking Babies” Commercial. The firm is requesting that the court fight move to Manhattan.

Lawyers for the financial firm filed hundreds of pages detailing Lindsay Lohan’s drug abuse, hard-partying, rehab stints and DUI arrests, the New York Post reports.

Dina Lohan, the star’s mother, said the court papers are only going to help Lindsay’s lawsuit.

As previously discussed, Lindsay Lohan filed a $100 million lawsuit against the firm in a Long Island, New York, court.

E-Trade is requesting a change of venue and that the court fight move to Manhattan, where E-Trade has its corporate headquarters.

As previously discussed, the E-Trade commercial debuted during this year’s Super Bowl. The ad features a talking baby playing the stock market and apologizing to his girlfriend for not giving her a call the night before. The baby girl then gets jealous of a rival female baby, referring to her as “that milkaholic Lindsay.”

Lohan’s attorney, Stephanie Ovadia, said many celebrities including Lohan are known by one name only and E-Trade used that knowledge to turn a profit. In addition, the actress claims she has the same single-name recognition as Oprah or Madonna.

Lohan is suing E-Trade for $50 million in exemplary damages and $50 million in compensatory damages for using her “name and characterization” without paying her or securing her approval.
