The Vatican assassin is winning again. While most of the celebrity-obsessed world was clamoring around the “Charlie Sheen Fired!” headlines yesterday, another nugget of our favorite up-to-the-minute train wreck came to light.
“We do whatever Charlie wants us to do. This is the type of lifestyle I’ve always wanted, and I’m thrilled with it. Many men would kill for this,” one of the Charlie Sheen girlfriends told the New York Post of their relationship, which she described as “the wedge.”
It’s true that polygamy is illegal, but there are loopholes that one can exploit in order to avoid the long arm of the law. The definition of polygamy is to willfully and knowingly have more than one wife or husband at the same time. One who willfully and knowingly enters into a second marriage while validly married to another individual is a bigamist.
Sheen actually plans to participate “a non-legally binding ceremony used by polygamous families,” NDTV.com reports. The Charlie Sheen commitment marriage is something all parties apparently want to do because they are in love and believe they are more stable and normal than most families.
More to come on this, no doubt.
“Update: Sober Valley Lodge; Rachel has left the building…, We’re sad…. Over it… Applications now being accepted! #winner,” Sheen tweeted after Oberlin left Sheen’s home, though she reportedly returned eight hours later.
